The problem with most of these cheap projectors is the optics are crap. You can get the center of the screen in focus, but anything outside of the center 40% gets blurry. It’s very annoying if you’re trying to for example display text from a computer. You can tweak the focus to get a crisp doughnut with a fuzzy center and fuzzy corners but getting the whole screen in focus is not possible.
Still, projectors like this are fine for watching movies, you won’t notice the softness of the corners.
