I wouldn’t have expected that someone knowledgeable about fonts and typography to have allowed a “smart quotes” feature to transmogrify some of their apostrophes into left single quotation marks (e.g., in “A NEW HOPE ‘97”). I’m not a type geek, but that’s one of my biggest pet peeves.
My pet peeve is that they use four dots rather than a proper ellipsis in “A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away…”
The font I use is usually the default in whatever program I’m using. Don’t mistake my laziness for creativity.
