Really, the only question is if it’s an accidental parody or a self-aware one…
Well, she’s in quite a lot of TV shows and movies, and is currently on Star Trek. She works LA comedy clubs regularly and is on a lot of talk shows. I don’t know if she’s literally in Hollywood but I think she works on enough major properties to know who her contemporaries are.
From what I’ve seen, rather than ignorance, it sounds like she’s got a bit of face-blindness and is just really bad with names (which I can totally identify with) and has decided that ‘being under a rock’ will be her sorta personal brand.
