Split the difference and make him watch the trial via closed-circuit television in a nearby room out of sight and earshot of the jury.

I hope the judge reminds the jury that whatever Trump vomits out in the courtroom — while not being under oath — is not admissible in court and is to be ignored.

It’s probably not okay for the judge to order the bailiff to duct-tape Trump’s mouth shut (and tape him onto his chair while we’re at that), but I would still love to see it.
