Former D.A… refused to bring this case, as did all Federal Agencies, including “Elections.”
Well, if it’s not a real agency, it certainly didn’t bring any charges. Not sure how it could “refuse” though. /s

Is that another breach of his gag order? I swear this guy has never, ever met a consequence he can’t duck or avoid through application of a firehose of other people’s cash.
I sincerely hope that when the dust settles and the hangovers subside once he is actually in prison that there will be a concerted effort to get the legal system to function. Without somehow turning it into yet another way to brutalize poor and/or nonwhite people.

I’m reminded of the old Soviet joke, about why the main Soviet newspapers, Pravda (“The Truth”) and Izvestia (“The News”) were named the way they were: there were no news in Pravda, and no truth in Izvestia.
