I don’t know what a “very moderate” case means. That is pretty much a meaningless statement. It certainly seems to imply he has gotten worse, but nothing that could be quantifiable.
I guess he’s dropping out of the London Marathon too.
Soon we’ll be hearing statements like “the President is currently resting with a very mild coma.”
First, I cannot dismiss the possibility that this is a ruse. Supporters of the President will likely perform the extreme mental gymnastics to invert this development into a show of strength, stability, heroism and resolve on behalf of the President. The tweet refers to “COVID-19” rather than the “CHINA VIRUS”. That doesn’t sound like him. Is this a tweet by committee?
Second, the claim that “We will get through this TOGETHER!” is particularly galling coming from one who thus far has not uttered a single word of acknowledgement, compassion or support for those who have already suffered as a result of COVID-19"(which, like a miracle, will just go away one day). No Mr. President, my thoughts and prayers will continue to not include you. You made your sickbed, now lie in it. We all know how you like to lie.
Four years ago I would point out that—regardless of anything else we knew about him—nobody who said that he’d “bring back waterboarding” and “a lot worse than waterboarding” and that “torture works” and “if it doesn’t work, they deserve it anyway”—no such person is fit for any public office

On the TV, the oath of office is taking place with Joe Biden becoming the next president. Pence is nowhere to be seen and the outgoing President Pelosi is in view. The Oath of Office is being administered by (Chief?) Justice Barak Obama. Ivanka Melina Trump is thanked by Pelosi for saving the country by turning states evidence.
On set director: “CUT!”
The whole thing turns out to be a ruse and Trump is actually on a reality TV show, and unable to quit…
Instead, they’re talking EVEN MORE about the president’s super-stupid, shitty covid-19 response and how it likely exposed his fat, ancient ass and those of the people he interacts with and “cares” about to the virus. This may be strategery, but if so, it’s been designed by an absolute idiot.
