turns out the racist buffoon was right about one thing — someone was indeed meddling with the geese.

That’s all a con man and/or fascist propagandist needs to continue making a false claim. In addition, the racist buffoon also has a brain like a skipping record and can’t help repeating the same old lies and stories.

I’m guessing any ex-presidents who own multiple golf courses have had to deal with geese. This is a guy who wanted to deal with human refugees with alligator pits and “shooting them in the legs”, and sons in his management team with a fetish for shooting defenseless critters. I would bet they didn’t treat geese with kindness.

Add this to the photo MAGA disseminated of a brown-skinned man in Springfield carrying a dead goose home (supposedly to eat it) - who was actually removing a pair of geese from the road in another town which had been struck by cars.

Unless these are clipped and domesticated fowl, trying to claim Canada Geese as belonging to the town is dubious at best.

Comer was “cooperative” and admitted to shooting the two geese, according to the court filings. Comer told an officer with the Ohio Department of Natural Resources he believed he was entitled to shoot them because the golf course had a “nuisance permit.” An officer then issued him a citation.

I didn’t know about this nuisance permit. Though I have heard of Wildlife Depts culling flocks. But at any rate, assuming the golf course had a permit, HE didn’t have a permit. It’s like saying you can drive because your brother has a license.

Not at all surprised at this. There are way more white suburbanites shooting or clubbing geese that shit on their driveways and dumping the bodies than anyone else killing geese. (Besides hunters, of course),
