That has been the case from the start. Trump doesn’t know anything about governing, can’t or won’t learn anything, and can’t or won’t listen to anyone who actually knows what they’re doing.
The Trump voters wanted an outsider, someone who wasn’t a politician, and they got it. And predictably, it’s going as well as bringing in a hospital janitor as an outsider to do surgery would go.
