Nah, it’s just a whitehouse statement. Trump had nothing to do with it, his peons just understand that they’re supposed to say this even if the president doesn’t get it.

You’d have to go out of your way to even consume BBC because it’s not as universally carried in the US as some other foreign broadcasters, such as RT.
