Someone on that thread said that the legal motion has been updated to include one or more lawyers. I also heard a couple of former federal prosecutors on CNN mention that Trump kind of waited a bit too long to file this motion–apparently, it’s a normal motion but it should have been filed immediately.
Perhaps Donnie was actively finding a qualified counsel, but was advised to file in the meantime?

Me neither (but we ARE historians) and I don’t think that’s a thing. Stuff created by the office of the presidency belongs to, not an individual president, of course, but to the American public. Once they’re out of office, as you know, they go to NARA, who work for us (as in the American people, not historians).
He completely ignored all that stuff, because he sees himself as the center of the universe.
