It blows my mind. If just two weeks earlier as Washington and California were shutting down and the outbreak was ravaging Italy, if he had declared mandatory nationwide social distancing guidelines - something that would only require him to take pen to paper - we could have seen a 90% reduction in deaths.
He can blame Obama all he wants for a depleted stockpile or for not preparing well enough for a pandemic - never mind he has been in office for over three years now, it’s never too late to blame the previous administration. He can’t blame Obama for his inaction although I’m sure he’ll try.
