(On a more `serious` note: stop reading twitter. I am feeling much better since I stopped using it. It doesn’t change politics immediately, but broadens your horizon.)

Seriously, I have stopped reading Twitter, stopped looking at the comment feed in my ‘newspaper’ (which used to come in a paper form, on my doorstep, 7 days a weeks, and is now delivered on my iPad), and stopped using the Facebook news feed. The husband is political & we’ve had to negotiate how often and on what subjects he can share his updated informed outrage with me.
I don’t need to dig for things to read that will put me in a negative place. Just existing in these interesting times can do that. I look for things that are positive, or constructive, or at least humorous. Or humourous.

If he’d just button his suit coat the way a man is supposed to - standing or walking, your coat is BUTTONED - that wouldn’t happen. But Trump can’t even be bothered to wear a suit or a tie that fits.

You ought to watch 10 minutes of Hannity covering this Comey thing if you can stomach it. This is major “watering the phrase down” as you put it. The guy accuses the Democrats of doing EXACTLY what he is blatantly doing.
