as bad and as obvious and as pervasive as things are with trump, the problem with a video like this is that they’ve probably already made an edit inserting clips of biden instead, as there’s more than enough isolated incidents of him behaving similarly, yet it doesn’t indicate he has dementia. just his stutter alone has produced lots of “gaffes”. i suspect you can find similar clips of most elderly public figures.
I remember back when there was seemingly widespread concern about whether George W. Bush was functionally illiterate. Simpler times, amirite?
