The problem is: when your business is putting your name in GIANT LETTERS on things that can only be built with a lot of governmental involvement, how on earth could the business be run blind? The only way to avoid the conflict would be liquidation and how do you do that with a lot of real estate? At least most articles I’ve read say that doing it with real estate instead of other kinds of business is much trickier.
