This would put pressure on Missouri to legalize if they haven’t already. Can’t arrest everyone downwind of a weednado.

That’s right officer. After the weednado blew past me I spent hours in this field talking to a scarecrow and running from flying monkeys until I ran into a furry that gave a me a nice hug and helped me chill. I also realized my cell phone has no heart.
