You know, the minute they dragged him off to hospital I thought that his treatment would comprise draining the blood of virgins to keep him infused with vitality.
I was not far wrong.
Except in this case, his “veneer” causes him to be more partisan than partisan: even Reagan or Bush-43 haven’t delivered as much for christians as Trump has. It doesn’t matter what he says. It’s what he does. And christians love him for it.
And even “what he says” goes farther than Reagan/Bush would ever dare to, in terms of stoking christian chauvinism and disparaging non-christians/non-believers. Christians eat that shit up.
It’s an academic curiosity that Trump is not, in fact, christian or knowledgable in any way about that religion. He just knows it’s “his gang” so he rides with his gang colors and does drive-bys on the rival gang.

D: Yes, abortion is fine, but…
R: HYPOCRITE!!!
R: Ever notice how Democrats think it is fine to have abortions, gay sex, etc, but as soon as a prominent conservative Christian does it, they can’t stop talking about how awful it is?

The word ‘miracle’ is used by those who don’t seem to understand how things work. It is an admission of ignorance.
In Lord Dampnut’s case, it is also a suck-up to his American Taliban worshippers. As others have mentioned, they care not a whit from where those drugs are derived… not in this instance. If/when it becomes commonly available, then we will hear the howls of dismay.
That it is hypcritical doesn’t bother them a bit. ALL they want is power, & Lord Dampnut has been their vehicle to that end.
