I remember this rumor from around 2008. Even at the time I was like, “No way.” It was a dumber rumor than people saying he wasn’t born in Hawaii.
Now, espeically post presidency, who cares? Even if Obama was gay or bi, like, no one cares, weirdo.
For a few thousand dollars I bet I could find a guy who says they had sex with Tucker while doing coke. It’s not hard to find someone to make a wild claim like this.

The ancillary rumor to the “Obama is gay” one is that Michelle Obama is actually a man. I’ve typically heard this one expressed exactly that way. They don’t say she was a man, they don’t say she’s trans, they say she is a man. It’s so weird.

They don’t believe trans people are real. They think they’re whatever their biological gender is pretending to be of a different gender. This “Obama is gay” thing plays all the way deep into the blood libel, that gays seek out children/younger people to “convert” etc.

Yes, as a trans woman myself, I understand that. But they will usually say something like “she was a man” or “she’s one a them transgenders” or “she’s a he” or some bullshit like that. With Michelle, they always seem to frame it as “Michelle Obama is a man”. I think it’s a very intentional framing that serves two functions: asserts that Michelle isn’t appropriately feminine, and that Barack is gay. And they have to do this because, frankly, Barack Obama is pretty in line with traditional expressions of masculinity. He drinks beer, he loves sports (both watching and playing, he’s in great physical shape, he eats meat, his speech patterns are traditionally masculine, everything about the guy says man, and that drives some people on the right absolutely nuts.
