White Karens getting off the hook for assault and battery is a problem of insufficient legal consequences for those white Karens, not egregious consequences of this Karen.
I’m super okay with the couple months probation to couple years jail time she’s actually likely to face depending on how much of her entitled asshollery she brings with her to court.
I was referring to its longevity in the news cycle, not eventual sentencing. I can’t help but think that this is because at least a few of them are women of color, but as @anon33932455 points out, it probably also has something to do with her bikini instas that clickbait headlines refer to as “topless”.
