Big difference between an invention and a design patent. Looks like a good ruling to me, even if I can see why the original designer would be miffed.
Why does this remind me of the " Mr. BuzzyBee " scene in the movie Best in Show?
Not sure Trunki has anything to worry about. In my experience kids are notoriously snobbish about originals and will turn up their noses at imitations. Try and fob 'em off with cheapo nike knockoffs and see how far you get. Bloody fascists.
