FIRST thing we pulled up upon being handed the keys. Huge props to our friends helping out with that, and the enormous attic room full of hella-dusty fake plants and baskets.

Realty sites gen’lly include a click-on-able map of properties’ locations. It does help a great deal if yr hip to the area, though!

So apparently it was a bed and breakfast for a while but the city changed the zoning to make it impossible to run a bed and breakfast there.

That helps make sense of those kitchen/morning room pics. It looks like so many hotels I’ve stayed at. Not exactly b&b style, but it makes more sense than as a single family dwelling, for sure.
