Urine-drinking "Vaccine Police" leader says it's his right to drive without a driver's license

This fool is poisoning himself, as one’s body cannot tolerate the wastes in urine. It’s just a matter of time before this idiot gets either COVID-19 or some illness because of his irrational behavior.

He’s a candidate for the whack-a-doodle of the year award.

That’s true of everything, really.

With cars it’s a little bit more voluntary than with taxes. There aren’t any laws that say you have to license your car. Rather they say that it’s illegal to drive or park on government owned streets with an unlicensed vehicle. This guy is welcome to drive in circles around his own property as much as he would like. I’m sure it’s some kind of remote compound with an underground bunker, so he should have plenty of room.

“bear with me on this, if they make us get a license to drive the next thing you know they’ll be making us register our cars and from there it’s just a slippery slope slide before they’ll be taking our cars.”

Next - they’ll be asking you have a deed to prove you own property!

Here’s PissBoi’s Piss Mobile:

He’s got Jeebus & the American Flag on the hood; the Confederate Flag on the roof, and apparently refers to himself as ‘General Key’.

Sure, he can drive without a license. Won’t keep him from getting ticketed/arrested for it, though.
And if/when he neglects to pay those tickets he will end up in the Crossbar Hotel.
I would love to see him try that ‘sovereign citizen’ crap in court.

As the saying goes, ‘You Can’t Fix Stupid’.
But Stupid does tend to fix itself, one way or another.

I remember reading somewhere that urine tastes like beer. Never cared to check the veracity of it, though.

Whizzers?

So, driving to a store, fast food joint, bar, etc are all ‘committing commerce’, since money is being exchanged.
Logic isn’t PissBoi’s strong suit…

For those that don’t know. « Freeman on the land » is an older version of what we mostly call « sovereign citizens » nowadays, part of the same cuckoo gang.

If driving a car that’s a rolling fucking advertisement isn’t “committing commerce” I dunno what is.

What a pisshead.

The irony that the people with the US flag and the confederate flag traditionally try to kill each other is lost on these guys.

Generally these SovCit types that claim they don’t need a license to drive their vehicle because they are not engaging in commerce have in fact forfeited that license due to prior bad behavior. Usually, but not always, DUIs.

I respectfully disagree. I think it would go more like

Traffic Cop: “Sir, can I see your license and registration.”
Vaccine Cop: “No.”
TC: “I’m sorry?”
VC: “No, you can’t. You don’t have jurisdiction here. This is a sovereign wagon of the land engaged in non-commercial travel on the free ways.”
TC: blinks “Ooo…kay. You’re one of those. Please place your hands on the steering wheel where I can see them.”
VC: “You don’t have jurisdiction.”
TC: “I can assure you, sir, I really do. Please step out of the car. Slowly.”
VC: “I refuse, on the grounds that you are illegally and unconstitutionally attempting to force and coerce a nonexistant corporation outside the bounds of your authority.”
TC: “Sir, step out of the car now, or I will be forced to remove you.”

{not much longer afterwards}
VC: “I DO NOT CONSENT! I DO NOT CONSENT! I DO N—” {snap and crackle of a Taser, followed by a thud and shaking in the gravel} “N CNSN D N CNSN…”

Beat me to it.

Depending on the age, saying “I don’t need a license to drive” means either “I failed the driving test more than 3 times, and they won’t let me retake it again until I’m 21” or “my license has been suspended/revoked and nobody is willing to drive me to work and stuff.”

Yeah, none of these people have ever actually read the Constitution. Actually, most Americans probably haven’t. I highly recommend doing so. It’s not very long, even with all 27 Amendments, two of which you can skip because one just repealed the other. You can read the whole thing pretty easily in under an hour. There are children’s books longer than the Constitution.

The other thing these people never seem to understand is that they don’t get to interpret the Constitution. They don’t get to say what is or isn’t constitutional. I mean, they can, I guess, but unless you’re a current member of the Supreme Court, your interpretation of the Constitution is worth no more than a hamster’s interpretation of the Constitution. I mean, hell, there’s a lot of stuff I think should be unconstitutional that isn’t (and vice versa), but I’m not on the Supreme Court, so it ultimately doesn’t really matter what I think.

ETA: I shouldn’t say it doesn’t matter what I think. Of course it does. Public debate and discussion of the Constitution is not a bad thing. What I should have said is that what I (or anyone else) think should and shouldn’t be constitutional has absolutely zero legal weight.
