How is someone able to shoot fucking TikTok videos in a courtroom? I thought cameras and phones were not permitted.

Er, someone took the released video (IIRC the trial is being televised), and then made a TikTok video with it. I don’t believe anyone was sitting in the courtroom making a TikTok.
If I had hired him, sorry, “retained him”, you don’t hire lawyers, makes it sound like common tradespeople, I’d want a long talk with him about what the hell just happened.
