There’s a fair bit of organizing to be done in Virginia, that’s for sure.
Bernie nailed it when he said no matter who he talks to, people want health care, decent wages, decent pensions; the needs of working people have been long neglected because big money interests have been flooded campaign coffers. If I were working to organize voters in Virginia, I’d try to blockwalk for a candidate who had the guts to actually help. People won’t vote for Dems if they have lost in their (the Dems’) will and capacity to deliver.
