If it had been anyone else who was found to have classified documents in their home ,that person would have already been arrested and be held in jail , most likely without bail

they honestly would be lucky if they were jailed.
i think @Melizmatic is right saying gitmo would be the most likely. there are probably still a few black ops sites left over from our war of terror too.
