They already played the Flash in the Justice League film. They are also known for starring in We Need to Talk About Kevin and the Perks of Being a Wallflower. By all accounts, they are a fine actor. Unfortunately, their off-screen life has become increasingly erratic and disturbing. I don’t know if they’re just a shitty human being, or if they have problems, or some of both, but at this point, I would be surprised if we ever see the standalone Flash film, unless there’s a contractual obligation to release it. If Miller needs help, I hope they get it.
