I went to my local HEB here in Austin on Friday and they were out. Went today thinking maybe there would be some but again they were out. I am amazed. People were being civil though which was nice to see but maybe that’s cuz there was nothing left to fight over.

I was wondering why there are toilet paper hoarders, when in emergency one could use newspaper strips.
Then It dawned to me that as a gen X for me was and is normal to read it while in the loo and have a pile of old ones nearby. Millennials are using a smartphone instead.

in Italy they at least respected each other, if not before the deaths and endless hospitalization then definitely after
in the USA we are utterly screwed, just those two alone could be sick and spreading it everywhere, few are staying home here, everyone is out for themselves
