The one above in the OP involves a presently happy woman not realizing that she’s about to have something happen to her against her will, and the one you’ve linked to points out that the woman in that ad wasn’t even told (let alone asked for consent) that her photo would be manipulated and used to simulate oral sex.
Hardly a joke, in either case, but eerily similar if you look at it that way.
