That is some pretty clever stuff. What really surprised me was how well the system could handle the pendulum with two masses.

It makes me a little sad that some smart robotics folks thought a good use of their talents was to make a robot control a marionette; a snake marionette at that.
How about solving laundry sorting and folding? (not just towels, thank you) Or make the bed? Or my favorite robot wish, one that will sort my kids’ 50kg bin of Legos back into the sets they originally came from.
