Orgy’s version is still my favorite:
I’m gonna say that’s a hard pass from me, I’m afraid. I was never a fan of theirs, tho… Give me the original any day…
I did kind of dig Frente!'s cover of Bizarre Love Triangle, tho:
One knows it should be jelly shoes.
Or sandals.
Y’all both are wrong; it should be a pair of Nike Cortez’…
Don’t be daft! You can’t wear flip-flops while fighting for your rights in your satin tights! They’d fall off.
@Melz2 Thanks for that Orgy video, I’d not heard that before; though I thought it a shame that they went for a fade out rather than a more solid ending. I like the way that Okestra Obsolete wrap up their cover version.
That was lovely; thank you.
I wouldn’t say it’s better than the original, but it’s a lovely little cover, I thought.
Imelda May has something to say about Tainted Love:
Give me the Coil version any day… Marc Almond even makes a special guest appearance in the video…

Looks like she’d break her ankles if she wasn’t superhuman. This always annoys me. Where’s the rule that all women in film and TV must wear heels at all times?
Apparently she is one of the many superheroes who have the power to fight foes while in really impractical outfits. At least she doesn’t have to sport a cape as well…
ahh… now i get why they didn’t call it “wonder woman 2”.
“ww2” would be super confusing. and we still have quite a while ( i hope ) before world war 84
why’s this super amazing woman always gotta be pining for the boyfriend she had once upon a time. can’t she get over a dude in 70 (or 100 in justice league) years and move on. I’ve had a couple breakups but generally within a year I’ve pretty much moved on. I mean i know the guy introduced her to the outside world and died but still a LOT of time has passed. At least the Captain America thing made a bit more sense, as he was frozen and to him almost no time had passed. of course he was still sad about the woman he left behind.
like, i dunno, a lot of people have died in wars and most of their partners move on and meet new people. especially if they are young. The idea that Wonder Woman could never move on in all those years seems crazy to me.

Message for 2020.
Directors/producers probably want them to look tall when seen against other characters.
