Actually, this looks like a support vehicle for the World Rally Championship (or maybe just pretending to be), the car racing that regularly launches cars into the air at top speed, occasionally pulling them out of the ditch, etc.

Also, aren’t people taught that you back into the embankment? So you can see better in the dangerous direction?
