I never had cake doughnuts until I got to Australia; I’d always had the fried variety. Cake doughnuts are rubbish. Fried all the way.
Although I did discover fried chicken curry doughnuts here thanks to the Asian bakeries. Hot damn.

You sir, are a man of impeccable tastes. I, however, still frequent Dunkin Donuts.
I could live on plain buttermilk donuts… (of either the old fashioned donut or the rectangular variety)
