A single, super strong cup of coffee. Drip dark roast into a cup with a tiny amount of cream and sugar (about 1/3 serving of each per cup) and mixed with some nicer grade instant coffee.
Sometimes on ice, in the summer heat.

fun fact: TMCMās Shannon Wheeler is married or otherwise partnered to a woman who for a time was my primary care physician.
Usually nothing except water, but sometimes a Coke Zero if I need some caffeine. I never really developed a taste for coffee. When I go to Starbucks (rarely), itās a chai.
Sweetened condensed milk with mint tea. Sounds weird but it is awesome!
At work Iāll usually have tea with sugar so when Iām home I know exactly how much sugar to use, if I use condensed I wind up putting too much in.
Itās just about being practical.
This shit right here:
Usually grape, occasionally black cherry or fruit punch.
Itās the trailer park upbringing.
Sometimes, when Iām feeling particularly redneck-fancy, Iāll start the day with one of these:
I really have no excuse.
Oh! Hot cakes with strawberry jam and condensed milk! Youāre welcome.
I could see that working.
And thatās just a top idea.

I really should switch from sugar free Rockstar to coffee or tea, just to save money. But on the other hand, I eat a shitty carb-rich diet and I suspect that all my vitamins and minerals I get from the Rockstar.
Caffeine tablets have no sugar, soā¦ thereās that.
Yarb Mate huh? Been going with Yaupon and Iāve heard they have similar flavor profiles.
Coffee. Very strong, very sweet, with skim milk or creamer.
I usually use Splenda, but Iāve been trying to use less sweetener in general. For no other reason than I feel like itās getting out of hand. I donāt have much of a sweet tooth, coffee being an exception, but I find that I use a lot more sugar than I used to when sweetening things.
I will drink coffee black if itās arabica, but I keep robusto at home because money. More caffiene, not as good flavor.
Side note: I cannot stand stevia. Itās the only sweetener my girlfriend uses, so I keep it on hand, but it tastes like poison to me.
4-shot cappucino. The espresso machine in our kitchen is 220v hard-wired, plumbed in, and always on.
If āsugarā includes sweetener, then I assume ācreamā includes milk.
Instant (if Iām in a real rush) needs milk and sugar, but the aeropress (and real coffee), just milk.
(Of course, when I need _real_jumpstarting, a double shot from my pre-pod krups does the job nicely)
Think that covers it.
Turkish coffee, made from specially ground beans in a cezve. Simple and strong enough to knock you over. Will wake the dead.
Best way to drink it is to keep the coffee itself bitter but to drink it over a sugar cube while taking generous sips of ice-cold water.
During the day, however, itās tea. Jasmine loose-leaf is my most common choice, but as the mood strikes me I may take some Earl Gray (the variants using oolong are my personal favorites) or, on special occasions, a cup of Tung Ting oolong.
coffee the consistency of crude oil, but not before sleepwalking into office. I need my half an hour of pre-human developmental stage while commuting*, I am not really interested in my fellow human beings after my sleep was harshly interrupted by the alarm clock
* by tram. I am not crazy enough to drive in a semi-conscious state
Tea.
With sugar and cream (half and half).
Usually, the heaviest Breakfast blend I can find- at least an Irish blend; Scottish is better. Right now, thatās Typoo Extra Strong, but sometimes I blend my own. I usually drink 16oz when I wake up, then 24oz and another 24oz over the course of the day at work.
I sometimes drink coffee instead- and while I like a good Latte, my waistline does not. So- usually a breakfast blend, but really just something strong. Some sugar and cream. In the hot summer, I sometimes make lazy cold brew and drink it with cream and maple syrup.
I thought I hated stevia until I tried the Sweet Leaf brand. Very clean sweetness, no bitterness.
Erythritol is another naturally occurring sweetener and superior to even the best stevia. Its sweetness is every bit as clean as sugar but with ninety-five percent fewer calories, making it effectively a zero calorie sweetener for coffee.
If weāre starting the day with fizzy drinks, Iām awaiting an entry for:
(Apparently, just a naming coincidence)
As for soft drinks, Iāll take an iced coffee for brekkie sometimes. Better for mid-morning really.
Hot chocolate. Sometimes with hazelnut flavouring, sometimes with a peppermint tea. Sometimes instant, sometimes dark chocolate baking square in melted in hot milk. Only in the winter. During warmer months I have fruit herbal tea.
