Agile is not a project-management methodology. It is a development philosophy, and trying to turn it into a PM thing reimposes the very constraints that the Agile Manifesto was intended to be an escape-route from.

I’ve worked closely now for a decade with a guy who boasts the Six Sigma thing in his signature.
He is not a glowing recommendation for that course.
Have you ever heard of “paralysis through analysis”? He is that, plus “missing the forest for the trees” times 1,000.
