Oh, they can read & write just fine.
It’s the thinking & comprehension parts they have trouble with.
For the True Believers, it’s Lord Dampnut or no one.
They don’t care about party.
Independents seem to be turning away from the former GOP in droves, as well, so… if the Dems actually show up and vote [since a goodly number of them seem to be as petulant as any MAGAt *], then they should win in a landslide… both the Senate and the House.
Even so, there will still be a problem re: the fascists. Dealing with them will be a real conundrum, but it’s best to burn that bridge when we get to it.

Yeah, I would have preferred Bernie [or Elizabeth] over Hillary or Joe, but they both were/are infinitely preferable to Lord Dampnut, & I voted accordingly.
