There’s nothing I can say to this.
Lyrics I wrote for the partial eclipse in 2017:
Once upon a time I was falling in love
Now I think we should consider couples counseling
There’s nothing I can do
A partial eclipse of the heartOnce upon a time there was light in my life
Now it’s about 70% dimmer
Nothing I can say
A partial eclipse of the heart

It’s on the playlist but not during totality, if you’ve never seen totality before silence and awe are best. Especially if your near wildlife, they go nuts and is something to hear.
But it will get played right before and right after.
Just last year in front of a few hundred thousand people.
Why you should not listen to it:
You will miss the magical shift from daytime sounds to night sounds - crickets, owls, etc., and back again to daytime sounds. Every experience does not need a canned soundtrack!
I mean, I already play it most days. Probably not taking that one off.
Came to post this. Thank you.
Agreed. Don’t plan to play music. Focus on being in the moment. Totality is amazing! I’m just hoping for clear skies over Toledo.
Fully agree with the “don’t play music, just listen and watch”.
Definitely don’t play this version at an eclipse. Enjoy it here.
