If you look at the back of the brunettes hair just before she leaves the scene you can see a very small amount of the blondes hair! Also, the blondes feet just as she disappears indicates she’s walking to the left

By now, plenty of time has passed, so it’s unlikely to be an either-or situation. One of the following two things will probably have happened in the meantime:
- She missed an appointment. Her absence has been measured, her wave function has collapsed, and it was indeed the luggage fairies all along. Ever since the recorded incident, she has indeed been in that mysterious realm where lost luggage goes. (We Austrians call that fabled place “Australia”).
- She met somebody who knows her. In that case, greetings have been exchanged, and her presence was measured. Her wave function has collapsed, and there was never anything strange going on in the first place.

So you’re saying the brunette has absorbed the blonde? This is perhaps more disturbing than the original apparent disappearance.
Should it be found to be possible to absorb other people - viz A Voyage to Arcturus by David Lindsay - there is no telling what dangers might lurk in the future, or in that person next to you.

Or perhaps you’re saying the blonde was somehow able to jump into the brunette. This would eventuate in essentially the same raft of problems. So much for walls, scanners, and Maginot Lines everywhere.

Watch the TVs on the right, it appears there was an edit in the footage.
The one thing I learned today is that when she does re-materialise it will be an entirely new person, with just a perfect copy of the memories from the now dead original.
