I’m glad Mr Kissinger and Mr Pinochet are no longer here to see this. They would definitely be sad.

Or not that sad. Although a constitution with a conservative bias was rejected, the constitution from the dictatorial period is still in use. Although It has already been reformed a few times after the end of Pinochet era.
