Going by the entire history of that country, No.

They’ve never had an elected prime minister serve their full term, the military regularly interfere in politics, with a history of coups or forcing out politicians who they dislike, and institutionally, the state is a mess, with rampant corruption, a stagnant economy, which depends on aid from the gulf states and remittances from the diaspora, and a constant backdrop of terrorism and extremism, a consequence of the security service- the ISI, having a long history of sponsoring terrorism to promote their political goals in both India and Afghanistan.

Pakistan has so many problems that Life expectancy and human development there have fallen behind Bangladesh, which was much poorer and less developed when it won its independence back in the 1970s.
