Swedish People’s Party (SPP) chair and Minister of Education Anna-Maja Henriksson spoke to newspaper Helsingin Sanomat about her party’s record-low support in Tuesday’s HS poll.
Support for the party in the poll came in at 3.6 percent, the lowest level the party has received since Helsingin Sanomat began polling voter sentiment in 1991.
“This coalition government has been difficult for us. We knew it when we entered the coalition. We need to get the message across better to our core supporters about why we are in government and what we can achieve being there,” Henriksson said to HS.
