So… blatant violation of multiple constitutional statutes, potential criminal obstruction of justice in both the Mueller investigation and its precedents, clear intent to continue the obstruction of justice with regard to access to the Mueller report and Congressional inquiries into Trump’s taxes, clear incitement to violence against the press, defense of white supremacy, violation of national and international law regarding the treatment of asylum seekers, obvious kowtowing to and preferential treatment toward dictatorial regimes and their foreign policy aims, potential incitement to violence against Representative Omar, obvious abuse of presidential power in obtaining top secret security clearances for family members against the recommendations of the intelligence community, and now blatant intent to circumvent the criminal justice system for violation of court orders through abuse of the presidential pardon system.
But it’s definitely not worth it to try and impeach him. Even as a signal that this shit is not okay.

Probably not an analogy everyone is tuned into, but a friend of mind likened Trump appointees being taken down by truth and scandal as being like the scene in Lovecraft’s “The History of The Necronomicon” where someone is devoured in broad daylight by an invisible demon. Trump must wonder what is even going on, why would Cain withdraw their name? The idea that someone would choose to save themselves the shame of being put into a position where they have no one’s confidence must seem totally alien to Trump.
