Bringing his voting record into it just makes it even crazier that she stumped for him to begin with. Who goes out and backs up someone who voted against their party 70% of the time when a more openly supportive alternative is available?

Lifetime he’s ‘only’ 40% with Trump, and the last couple of years 10% with him, so the 70% is a bit misleading. Still, I get your point, in that district there should probably be an unambiguously progressive congressperson, and he’s clearly not that. Why there’s not is likely a matter of local knowledge that is beyond this thread to resolve.
