Sure seems like this would be a great time for JD Vance to loudly and unambiguously declare that there is no place for white supremacy in the Republican party. It would also be a great time to speak up for all Americans of color, not just the hard-working moms who happen to be married to white Republican men.

I knew the title was off… “acknowledges” is a very strange word to use in a news article title. It raised some back-of-brain alarm bells and you hit the nail on the head.
Any not-broken person would have condemned the attacks. Not merely acknowledged them.
