If I have the math right, that’s 155 SEN when we only need 125 to ensure zero damage from Space Eels. Having an extra scavenger on mission 1 is actually a small problem becuase every scavenger on mission 1 with a SCI less than 25 has a small chance of big damage.
Some Mission 1 scavenger not named Ester should probably choose a different mission. Spike would seem to be the obvious choice, but you are sentient enough to work this out yourselves.

I’m too simple-minded to switch missions. Besides, I’ve gone to my quarters, put on my bathrobe and I’m catching the late-night FAWKS news. In the morning I will have something to say about those untrustworthy bananas. They shouldn’t even be allowed on the ship. I mean, they COULD INTERFACE with the ship, causing untold damage. Put me in charge and mechanical bananas will not be around much longer, that’s for sure.

I misread the orders. I thought you had already changed missions – that’s why I took your name off. Thanks for catching my error.
That said, we do have too many scavengers on mission 1 Once the cumulative SEN sent on mission 1 exceeds 125, any additional scavengers on Mission 1 provide no benefit but increase the risk of 20-40 damage from a jammed gun.
At 9U and 17HP, you’re in a tough spot. I could give you 1U to afford a mission fee, but I can’t afford to loan you enough to pay for the repair to survive the missions.
So I’ll update the list, and we’ll try to figure this out.
First and foremost, do what you need to do to survive this round. Dead is the opposite of complex.

No problem Hans - the generosity of others has me well set for repairs, just not extra funded to take on a mission, but it looks like that is being remedied, need to do some maths and make sure as hooves are hard to count on, except for smashing eels.

Some Mission 1 scavengers who don’t have at least 25 SCI should switch to mission 2, 3, or 4.
If you do switch from mission 1 to mission 2 3, or 4, please make sure that enough scavengers remain on mission 1 so that the cumulative SEN exceeds 125
This space lobster may be 4th level Prigononist who values social complexity, but I am also a serious introvert. All this social interaction, while appreciated, is weighing on me. I’ll be spending my remaining time before the next mission basking in the welcome vacuum of the ship’s exterior. The Raman scattering of the ship’s engines is a comforting glow, but makes communication difficult, so I will be hard to reach.
