The Party of Petkillers sure is eager to deflect blame onto immigrants for their crimes aren’t they?

“End of problem” is a phrase beloved of fascists who long for the freedom of violent solutions. In any society ruled by law beating your neighbor’s pet to death is just the start of your problems. Even in fascist dictatorships only the well-connected few get to use that solution.

Yeah, try that on a petty partei fuhrer’s beloved pet and it’s the camps for you. If your mangled body makes it there alive.

The leadership really has a proclivity for abusing dogs. See also Noem, Romney, the Huckabee family, etc. I put it down to institutional socioopathy, of the sort that presents in individuals who abuse small animals.

If only there were some kind of “final solution” to the issue of dogs barking.

It does make you think about just why that dog was never found, now, doesn’t it?

Killing a pet is especially heinous. Why?

Because pets are children who can never grow up.

It’s only been twice now, but I hate seeing stories like this. Each time I have to hold my dogs close and let them know how much I love them because I can’t stand the cruelty to animals* - let alone boasting about it afterwards. I was going to vote for Harris/Walz anyways and was already excited to do so, but these bastards just love to keep piling on the reasons.

*I’m not blind to or ignorant of the cruelty to people either, just that violence towards animals pierces straight through me

If you’re defending yourself, your family, or your pets from someone who wishes to do you or them harm, I’d probably have a philosophy closer to Shepherd Book’s philosophy on kneecaps on the matter.

Dogs especially. Not only do they have the innocence of children, they’re completely selfless, joyful and unconditionally loving. They’re about as vulnerable and pure and sweet as life on Earth gets. So naturally fascists, incapable of understanding love or joy, see them as nothing but easy victims to slaughter, the same way they long to massacre their fellow human beings and the very planet that sustains them.

Given what we know about him to date, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was a precursor to a yet confessed driving into protesters. Anything that contradicts his world view being a target.

Most horses are the same way, despite their size.

So, aborting nonviable fetuses is NOT OK, but killing - taking a shovel and beating an animal to death for doing what they’re designed to do by - oh, I don’t know, the Good Lord? - perfectly fine!

Question: Dude has four kids. What did he do when they were babies and cried at night because that’s what babies do?
