I’m a bit unclear: Is my car spying on me a wonderful thing, or a mostly wonderful thing?

Note to self buy an old used car to drive to the murder I want to commit.

I just like the implication of “Oh darn, this car has a GPS in it that might be recording me, I’d better set it on fire to ensure no-one ever checks into that.”
