I’m a bit unclear: Is my car spying on me a wonderful thing, or a mostly wonderful thing?
Note to self buy an old used car to drive to the murder I want to commit.
I just like the implication of “Oh darn, this car has a GPS in it that might be recording me, I’d better set it on fire to ensure no-one ever checks into that.”

note to self, don’t post note to self on online blog when planning murder.
I’m murdering a bean & cheese burrito right now.
That’s kind of the sense I got from reading the linked article, and part of what makes it so horrifying.
It’s almost like the killer just wanted to commit the perfect crime, and very nearly did.
Just the whole prison thing ruined it for him.
