Dovetails rather nicely with a lot of things we run into every day. Like how often do you see an Asian man as the romantic lead in mainstream films? How often do you see a black woman as the romantic lead? Or to bring it back to porn (its just a nice most people can relate to it entry for discussing human sexuality). Go click through some of the NSFW subreddits that post images from mainstream porn. How many black women do you see? How many Asian men? How many black men do you see that aren’t in explicitly racialised porn? Outside of pages that might thematically require it given the subject.
What you guys are posting are great examples how how that ties into something broader. So thanks.
I’m not so sure about that I’ve noticed a fair bit of the whole “lets masturbate in a Make American Great Again hat” thing in the self produced/direct sale market. Seems the alt-right is the major market for a fair bit of the indy stuff. And I don’t think the 60+ fox news DVD buying set are that tech savvy.
