The staging of this video was perfect.
The placement of the camera at just the right height and angle to catch the entire action, the size of the pool being just right to absorb enough of the impact to stop the car just shy of the house, the path of the vehicle threading the needle through the fence and centering the pool, and as other people have mentioned, the comedic touch of the wipers and the second dousing washing back off the roof.
Forget the moon landing, I think this was faked
The camera was probably installed so they could easily keep an eye on the kids playing in the pool, in the play module on the right or the trampoline on the left.

as it turns out - this is the only reason anyone ever bought a ring camera.
