That was it of course, but borderer was very wise to shoot back as fast as she did; erroneous was implying she simply had to be a sexist for voicing her opinion of Clinton. On many key issues however, Clinton is far too similar to flaming Tory May. Those of us who favor truly left-of-center economic policy should have no trouble making that case, and we should do so whenever possible.
Hillary Clinton’s electability is wholly due to the insane ugliness and fecklessness of her opponents.
Theresa May is anti-immigration, isolationist, and pro-censorship; Hillary is none of those things.
However, they both do share similarities: they both support same-sex marriage, equal pay for women, and free schooling initiatives, which are all things I’m hugely in favor of.
Don’t exaggerate. While it’s obvious that a lot of white racists love Trump, a massive number of his supporters aren’t racist; they’re simply anti-Clinton and brush off accusations of his racism as “mudslinging”. Actually hearing Trump say something like the “n-word”, rather than just (fact-based) Democratic accusations of racism, would definitely budge the needle.
And he claims that him being a billionaire is the thing that makes him uniquely qualified to lead the US. Taking away the power of his imaginary money directly attacks the root of his credibility^.
Hillary and Stein and et al are millionaires too, but it’s incidental to their claimed ability to lead.
^ just assume there’s credibility, ok? Just for the sake of this digression?
The whole suspension of disbelief thing is weird to me because you have to be pretty delusional to ignore the mountain of evidence that preceded this video. Anyone that delusional could have just as easily ignored the video.
She’s talking about fighting terrorism through encryption in that quote, not the sort of pearl-clutching morally-driven censorship Ms May is fond of. My statement stands.
Meh. I’m not so sure. I think his supporters would wave it away the same way they waved away the recent video. They just don’t think it’s an issue, either way, even if they don’t consider themselves to be white nationalists.
