I couldn’t find out for sure, but agree with @gomezlopez_javier here, I don’t think so. They’re no longer the “raw” version of the sludge, so even if you ground them up, they’d throw the ratios off, you know? From the cooking and the smoke flavor and such.
I wonder if they get used in pet food…
