Also he destroys evidence. If the burger didn’t have dirt in it before he threw it out of the window, it probably did afterwards. 
I guess that the server is lucky that the cop didn’t “fear for his life” after thinking he’d been fed dirt.

Dirt would be an improvement over the normal BK seasoning.
